Welcome to SGF's Angler Action Program!

Why download iAngler?

The free applications (apple and android) allow you to contribute valuable data for fishery management, and you can keep a powerful fishing logbook.

The entire system is private and password protected - other anglers can not see your personal fishing information such as locations.

It's easy - download the free apps, or log at the website,

Help Conserve Fish and Habitats

Thanks to the thousands of anglers who have logged fishing data into the AAP, SGF has been able to provide information that was used in several stock assessments for the State of Florida.

This partnership has improved conservation efforts, and built a new level of trust between anglers and managers. With your help, the future of fishing can be bright.

Build your personal fishing logbook

You can review your personal and private trips in the AAP, and filter/sort them in a manner which provides new insights from your data. Like many AAP users, you can improve your catch rates through this free logbook.

The AAP is not a social fishing network. You can easily share your fishing memories through the AAP on your established social media platforms, but the AAP is about improving fishing knowledge in a scientific manner.

The Angler Action program is a service project of the Snook & Gamefish Foundation, and is the result of thousands of hours of volunteer support including those donated by research partners at Florida Wildlife Research Institute, University of Florida, and others.  Much of the Angler Action program costs are the result of donations from West Marine, the Repass-Rogers Foundation, the Fleming Family Foundation, The Brunswick Foundation and others.   If you would like to get involved, please contact, or call 561 707 8923.
